Exhibition at the V&A, Memory Palace, and the Serpentine Gallery

Memory Place was the exhibition visited at the Victorian and Albert museum.
The exhibition is a walk in book which sets a hipotheic future in  London  after hundreds of years when a magnetic storm wiped out all of the world's information infrastuctures. Nature has taken over all the ruins of the city which is ruled by a group of warriors who who enforce simplicity and impose that recording, writing, collecting and art are outlawed meaning that any memory is destroyed.

The narrator which is in prison explains throughout the book how he has achieved the art of memory, who is been tortured to forget.

The exhibition tries to describe what future memories are.
The narrator has been gifted with the art of memory, these future memories are captured by different graphic designers, illustators and typographers that try to express the views and thoughs of the narrator.

The exhibition has caused a positive impact on my way of thinking about memories, what they mean and why it is so important to keep them safe. This has made me understand better the projects that were given to us on the first day, and how our minds work. It has also given me inew deas on how to record the 10 item's burial.
